Based on the idea of watching a moth that sits soon a wall while it seeks shelter to hibernate.
Wheel formed, Cool Ice porcelain, twice fired to mid fire temp. The moth has been hand painted in underglazes.
Important: The bowl is non functional as it is unglazed and matt in texture. There are holes at the base to hang the moth or it can be placed on a flat surface.
Please note that these are handmade vessels and imperfections are part of the process and its charm. The images are different views of the same vessel.
